Mr. Lee is chairman of CUHK Medical Centre and was a member of the Council of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is also Supervisor of St. Paul’s Co-educational College and its Primary School, a Trustee Emeritus of Stanford University and past director of Stanford Healthcare. Mr. Lee was an independent non-executive director of Swire Pacific Limited.
Mr. Lee is a member of the founding Lee family and a director of Lee Hysan Company Limited, a substantial shareholder of the Company.
Mr. Lee received a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematical science, a Master of Science degree in operations research and a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University. He was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company in 1988 and is aged 70.
