Hysan has an investment property portfolio of over 4 million square feet of commercial and residential space* located primarily in the prime office/retail Causeway Bay district. The Group also owns and manages around 1,200 carparks.

We continually review the performance of individual properties and enhance their asset value through selective re-tenanting, physical improvements, renovation and repositioning. We value our tenants as our partners, and seek to continually strengthen the relationship with them including through the direct management of the portfolio.
