Corporate governance is an important component in our belief in acting as a responsible business. Both the Hysan Board and Management are committed to maintaining high standards of corporate governance.

The Board has adopted a Corporate Governance Guidelines which gives guidance on how the corporate governance principles are applied to the Group. Guidelines on important governance issues including board mission, appointment, leadership, composition and size are covered in the Policy.

In addition to complying with applicable statutory requirements, we aim to continually review and enhance our corporate governance practices in light of local and international best practices. We look beyond a mechanical compliance approach.
